Dr. Sharma earned his medical degree from Medical College Baroda in Vadodara, Gujarat (India). He completed an internship and residency at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y., and a fellowship in gastroenterology at New York Methodist Hospital. He is board-certified in gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Sharma has been in practice for 17 years.
