What to eat on a gastritis-diet
There are some foods that may help manage your gastritis (a.k.a. acid reflux) and lessen the symptoms. These include:
- high-fiber foods: apples, oatmeal, broccoli, carrots, and beans
- low-fat foods: fish, chicken, and turkey breast
- foods with low acidity, are more alkaline, like vegetables, yogurt
- drinks that are NOT carbonated
- drinks without caffeine.

- acidic foods like tomatoes and some fruits
- fruit juice
- fatty foods

Gastritis diet with an ulcer
A healthy diet with foods full of vitamins make it easier for the ulcer to heal.
