About this project

What you eat can contribute to your digestive problems. Many people eat too much processed food and sugar, and not enough fiber, fruits, and vegetables. Even things like eating too quickly or skipping meals, may also be a part of the problem.  You can help prevent these problems by simply watching what you eat.
