West Georgia Endoscopy Center opened in July of 2005 and has been well received by our patients. Our center has been certified by the Department of Human Resources and the State of Georgia. We have also received the highest level of accreditation from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC). Patients choose our center due to the minimal wait times and for the home-like, comfortable setting. We accept most major insurance plans.

New Patient Forms
Please fill out this paperwork and take it with you to your procedure, along with a list of your medications. You MUST have someone to drive you home after your procedure, and he/she will need to remain in the endoscopy center during your entire visit time. You can normally expect to be at our center for about 2 hours. Due to limited space in our waiting area, we ask that you bring no more than 2 people with you. Thank you!
